Levon Owen’s Community Service Fund

Judge Clyde and Dr. Jasmin Chapman have contributed $10,000 to establish the Levon Owen’s Community Service Fund at Mississippi Families for Kids.
These funds will be used to assist families and children who are experiencing hardships in the Terry, MS and rural Hinds County communities.
The Chapmans wanted to honor their brother’s legacy of service to the people in the Terry Community and in Hinds County by continuing to support families and children who may need assistance with a wide range of services such as food, utilities, school supplies, clothing, and other needs.
Families in need can contact MS Families for Kids to apply for assistance.
